Shipping, Delivery and Returns Information

When placing an order from an assortment (many versions of the product under the same code) kindly specify which model you want in the Delivery Note,

in absence a random model will be sent out.

For all our deliveries, we use a range of carriers to deliver your products to you and can offer the following options:

Malta -Express Delivery EUR 7.00

Express Same Daydelivery when order is placed and cleared before 1pm, on business days.

Excludes Sundays, Saturdays and Public Holidays.

For Express Same Day Service, order must be placed and cleared before 1pm. Otherwise order will be delivered on the next business day.

Delivery Business days are Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays

All orders will be dispatched within a reasonable time from completion of payment. Dispatch time may vary according to availability of stock.

All deliveries must be signed for.

There will be an additional charge of EUR25 for orders that require a specialist delivery. Items requiring specialist delivery are large bulky items. (only one €25 charge will be applied per order)

Delivery Service

Most products are generally delivered by courier.

Delivery times are calculated in business days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (but excluding Public Holidays). If you order after 1.00 pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day.

Standard courier deliveries will normally take 1 - 3 business days to be delivered (to be safe, please allow a little extra during busy sales periods). You will receive an email when your delivery is dispatched.


If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered ONLINE and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 14 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us, at your own expense. Once the item is received, a full refund for the product to your original payment method,(please also note that your delivery charge will not be included in the refund)

If the product is retuned after the 14th day but before 30th day from purchase, a store credit will be issued, excluding the delivery charge if any.

Please note this policy has some limitations and does not apply to business customers. (The Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to @work customers or our Business customers)

Faulty Items

If you had bought an item from any of our shops or from Toby's Toymaster Online and it proves to be faulty, please inform us as soon as you notice the fault and within a reasonable period of time after purchase, so we will be on a position to help better.

Please return the faulty item to Toby's Toymaster Naxxar Road Birkirkara. You will be asked for a valid proof of purchase without which the item can't be accepted back by us.

In all cases, this item will be inspected and if it is confirmed as faulty then we will issue a suitable form of redress (replacement/repair/store credit).

If an item is not deemed faulty following inspection, then we are unable to offer any form of redress. We will return such items to the customer at the customer’s cost.

In dispute items will be retained by us for 30 days from the date of notification to the customer that no fault has been found and may be destroyed by us after this time where the cost of re-shipping the item to the customer has not been received.

We reserve the right to check and test the product before accepting it back.
